Wellard Executive is led by Loretta Wellard — a Melbourne‑based Bids & Tenders Manager with over 20 years' experience across administration, stakeholder engagement and complex document delivery.
Loretta has worked across government, enterprise and community‑focused sectors — including infrastructure, transport, utilities, disability services and SaaS — leading end‑to‑end bid and proposal responses spanning opportunity identification, capture planning, response strategy, content development and submission management.
Previous experience includes coordinating large volumes of time‑sensitive documentation, working closely with executives and technical teams to turn ideas and operations into clear narratives, and supporting local government and community‑focused organisations.
